Often times we see smoke far away from bushfires. Farmers burn down grasslands to avoid the hard work cutting down the grass before they plant something new. I have to research more about the consequences of that on the soil quality but it seems wrong. Especially often times it happens that nearby trees die partly as the heat is just too much to take. Most of the times the fires are started and “controlled” by little kids at ages where they would hardly be given a lighter in Europe as it would be “too dangerous”.

How different our worlds are on this blue planet.
