Any credit card or debit card data you provide is securely handled by PayPal as our third party payment processor (or other third party payment processor) as we use from time to time. We never store your credit or debit card details.

We collect personal data for the purposes of the operations of our charitable work, collection and management of charitable donations, and compliance with statutory obligations. Purposes may include:

We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis.

We use third party platforms / plugins from other websites to facilitate our operations including for processing donations, shop purchases and our newsletter. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is only used by those third parties for specific, lawful purposes in accordance with this privacy policy.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Cookies

Data retention
We will retain personal data for a for a long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it has been obtained. In respect of financial transactions for donations, data will be held for at least as long as the law requires for tax or accounting purposes.
