Grace Nyirenda
My name is Grace Nyirenda, one of the workers at Kasera indigenous tree planting project. I have benefited a lot from the project in the form of money which I have used to pay my schools fees. And I have managed to buy fertilizer to apply in my father’s field and this will help myself and my family to have enough food. I also used some of the money to buy maize to feed the family, Apart from that I used my money to buy groceries for our family.
The community has also benefited a lot from the project as the bare land has now been filled with the trees.
