AOL Staff Volunteers

One of our board members is a senior engineer with AOL, Dublin, and she convinced 11 of her co-techies to take their volunteer day allowed by the company to do some work for Wells for Zoë. The pic shows part of the team.

Their work is leading edge technology which will enable our non technical staff in Malawi to access the Cloud in the simplest low tech way and map our pump installations on google earth, locations, photographs, village details, depth of wells, depth of water in the well on the day and all the details we record every day.

And in another area we will record all details of the girl child project.

We couldn’t buy this service and we are so appreciative of all the commitment on their volunteer day but also in their own spare time.
