The installation process was completed successfully, and many villagers gathered at the installation site. The villagers previously collected water from open wells, which were prone to contamination and waterborne diseases. They expressed their thanks to Wells for Zoë for providing them with safe and clean water free of charge.
Most of the villagers are farmers who grow maize, soyabeans and other crops for both household consumption and sale.
