The pump was well installed and the well has a lot of water. Many people came to witness the installation and they were happy to have safe water for the first time. They used to draw water from open wells where animals and people shared the same water source in the past.

The people in the village are hard workers; they have large areas where they cultivate different kinds of crops. The big challenge they face is that when they harvest these crops they fail to find markets to sell their produce and only vendors come to buy their produce at a cheaper price, as such the villagers remain poorer and poorer.
