My name is Samuel Ngwira, one of the workers who have benefited from the indigenous tree planting project at Kasera. My family and our area have benefited a lot from the project; many people have started businesses and some have built houses from the money they were receiving. I saved some of the money I was receiving to pay school fees and I also managed to buy school materials like exercise books, school bag, pens and pencils.

My parents have also benefited a lot from this project. They have managed to buy food stuffs, they have opened up a very good business, and they have managed to buy school materials for my young brother and sister.
