My name is Lincy Shonga, one of the workers at Kaswiti indigenous tree planting project. The project has helped me financially that I have managed to buy iron sheets for my house which at first had a grass thatched roof. It is incredible to me that I have managed to buy iron sheets since I have been troubled during rainy seasons. I thank the project very much for this. I have managed to buy groceries such as soap, salt and sugar which have been a problem for a long time but now I can call it a history. It’s my request that the project should continue.

To the community, I can say that we have also benefited through this project that trees will provide fresh air and the environment will look beauty this can help in tourism attraction. It will also help to control soil erosion.
