Villagers were very excited to see us arrive in their village to install a pump for the first time. They could not believe that they would finally have good and clean water in the village. They had approached several non-governmental organisations and individuals for assistance with a safe water source, but no one had helped them. They are very thankful to Wells for Zoë for providing them with free access to good and clean water.

People in the village are willing to work with anyone who is prepared to help develop their area. There are nursery schools in the village, but they lack training and workshops to support the teachers.
