Previously, both people and animals relied on the same source of water from open wells, but the villagers are now delighted to have access to clean and safe water from the pump we have installed for them free of charge.

Most of the people in the village are poor, and many depend on farming for their livelihood. There is no secondary school in the village, and as a result, many children are unable to continue their education.
