People were overjoyed to see us installing the pump in their area for the first time after enduring 40 years without access to safe and clean water. Villagers had been drawing water from rivers, which posed risks to their health. The village chief expressed gratitude to Wells for Zoë for providing them with good and safe water.

People in the area rely on farming as their primary source of income. Despite facing poverty, they are hardworking individuals.
