People were very happy in the village to see Wells for Zoë team installing a pump in the village. Water has been a major challenge in the village though it is near Mzuzu City, still people use water from unprotected areas like open wells, streams and ponds. They are very thankful to Wells for Zoë for helping the village to ease the challenge.
People would like to plant more trees in the village because the land is bare. During the time of heavy winds more roofs are blown off because there is nothing to control the speed of the wind. Others would like to grow Tephrosia to increase soil fertility.
