Dyton was born in Zomba, a Malawian district, and has a younger brother and a sister. His parents passed away when he was 21. His mum and dad used to work in Lilongwe, that’s where he was schooled in primary and secondary. He couldn’t study longer as he had to help at home. He started as a driver at the age of 23 in the same company as his father has had worked previously.
His son Hakim is 5 years old and lives in another district. After divorcing he moved to Mzuzu because he found another job as a driver.
In 2017 his cousin Harisen told him that they needed a driver at WfZ and he was so happy about that new job.
“Wells for Zoë is doing a good job for the people in the villages” – he said.
